It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Newly emerged Flatidae hopper looking fresh and pretty. I found similar looking ones with black spots so i assume this one will color up in due time. See next pic. Selangor, Malaysia.

Thanks, Bryn. Newly emerged adults stays at the same spot to pump hemolymph (blood) to the wings to fully expand them, and also wait for the exoskeleton to harden before taking its first flight. Takes at least a couple of hours.
