Tufted Duck

Received my 300mm f4 from lensesforhire yesterday so went out for a play on the 16 Foot Drain (next to house). watched a raft of Tufties from the safety of the car and had a play with the lens. As I'll be wandering with eagles tomorrow I thought I'd practice some panning shots. Got out the car and off they went - managed to grab these. Memo to self - get a monopod, or don't grab the focus ring as you pan! :bang:

I think you can lock the focus wheel or some models if not get some duck tape, works for me!
