Tuition/Course Near Junction 30 M1

As above, looking for some form of tuition to help me along. Ideally portrait and lighting to start with.
There seems to be a lack of training available in the area and the local camera club seems to be mainly geared towards competitions with no hands on facility.
I am learning what I can by reading whatever I can but I find practical methods are far more effective.
Anyway I don't mind if it's a 'proper' course or some time provided by an experienced amateur.
So if you aren't a million miles away and either operate something or have time to rent lol, then please let me know along with prices etc.

In case anyone else is interested, turns out a friends brother has a studio in Rotherham and provides training on a one to one basis. So I am off on monday to have my first lesson, very nice chap, understood my situation immediately and knew exactly what I was looking for.

Centre of Rotherham, he charges £20 per hour which I think is very reasonable. If you want him to provide a model then it's the same again.

Hi just to let you know, had a productive time this evening, learnt a lot about studio shooting and lighting.
Very nice approachable bloke and really seems to know his stuff. Not hung up on equipment and gave me some great insights.
He reckons that I will benefit more from just using the studio and asking for help and advice as needed rather then actual tuition so will be going down that road.
