Two 50D questions...

Borrowed a 50D for tomorrows shoot as my 40D is in need of calibration. It's gripped, which I like, but I don't know how to change the AF-ON button and AE lock button's functions around so I can back button focus on the grip. Anyone?

Also how does the lens micro-adjustment work for AF?

Pete, thanks for that, but it doesn't show me how to swap the function of the af-on and ae lock button so I can still back focus with the grip.

Can't microadjust 40d and don't have a grip for mine.
