Two shots taken during lunch today. Was a bit rushed but can only get better. What do you guys think. Both were hand held, the Kestrel was not letting me get any closer so was quite far away.

The kestrel is pretty good although a little oversharpened. Birds in flight are difficult so in that context it's a good effort and a nice pic.

The bluetit is cropped too heavily, and the oversharpening makes matters worse. Not much you can do with this one I'm afraid. You just need to get a little closer.

Also, don't forget the board's 800 pixel limit on the longer side.
