U21 Barclays Premier League Matches

Appreciate comments and insights from licenced Dataco or club photographers please....

Would I be correct in thinking that accreditation for U21 Elite League games (aka Barclays U21 Premier League) are subject to a Dataco licence (or club photographer) irrespective of the ground used either individual or through an agency?

I read this thread which was the basis for my assumption

DataCo applies to all professional teams, including youth.

I can confirm this as well. Even youth team games are treated exactly the same as first team ones.

I didn't think Academy games did. Or is it just those played at the main home ground?

Under the new EPPP rules set by the Premier League they do. This is Academy teams that have a Level 1 or 2 status (or have applied for). I'm unsure teams of Level 3 or under as they are governed by the Football League and I'm unsure whether the DataCo license as such is applied as strictly.

When we are referring to the Under 21 league, this is governed by the Premier League.
