I have another trip booked for North Uist in October and cant wait. Should be a bit better this year no that i know some of the locations, what to expect and even better i will have my 600mm lens with me...

If anyone else is visting or has visited then post here to tell me your thoughts as i love the place.

Im spending the week based in the Balranald Cottage based right in the heart of the RSPB site and only a stones throw away from many many species of bird....I just cant wait..

Ade i know your up there so a trip report would be nice when you get back...

60 foot from a wild golden eagle mate, seo`s all over the place and harriers regular sightings.

Ade does he get you close enough for photography or is he more into a bird watching tour where they are at a distance.Enjoy yourself mate.
