Umbrella clamp

I am trying to set up some lighting equipment on the cheap.
I have a couple of SB600 speedlights which can sit on a tripod each. I can buy a couple of 90cm white brollies for £4.99 each, but now need a clamp to attach them to my tripods. Anyone found cheap versions of these or even something that wasn't designed for photography, but works perfectly well??
Ideas would be appreciated.

On the other hand, for a comparatively small outlay, you could have top notch stuff and be a gear snob towards those with much more expensive cameras and lenses who economize on their lighting equipment

I have the Cotswold clamp with metal cold shoe and it's very solid and was not very much more than the cheap Chinese ones.
