Understanding exposure book.

Is this book reccommended? I was looking at buying it, is it just for the beginner, or for all types of photographers? Also are there any other books that are reccommended?

It's really aimed at the beginner, but it's worth a read. It depends really what you are looking for from such a book....

it gives you a solid foundation of understanding. Good at any point if you need the basics or a refresher!

In that case, Perfect Exposure by Michael Freeman could be the book for you.

I'd say it's aimed at the serious amateur/professional tog and basically is more technically based than Understanding Exposure.

Both great books, but aimed at different levels

Suggest getting a copy from your local library before purchasing. I only did as part of a 3 for 2 offer in Waterstones the other week.
