I shoot basketball for the Derby Trailblazers. I was wondering what your workflow is to get the fantastic colors in the shots!!. I use a 1D MKII with a 70-200L F2.8 IS but have not been able to get colors like yours!! Please tell!!!

As for my settings and processing I would say it's pretty straight forward......

My fav sports lens is the 300mm although the above were with the 70-200 2.8 and shot @2.8.

I shoot RAW and process using Capture One LE & CS3.

In Capture One I just play with WB/exposure, then into CS3 where I usually do levels and a gentle 'S' Curve. Finally resize with a selective sharpen. I never have to play with saturation.
