Hope this is in the right section, somebody has taken my photo from flickr and blogged it on there site? What can I do if anything? Or is it my a bad thing?

Edit: this is the first time it's ever happened.

It depends Nick, If it's a personal blog where it links back to my flickr I don't tend to worry, if however it's a commercial blog and/or it don't link back then they get a bill, and they then can either pay to use it for the future or take it down

Care to share a link to the blog so we can see

Sure it's http://themindfulgorilla.blogspot.com/?m=0 what is your take on it?

I thought it might have been as it was virtually the only image there, and it's not linked back to flickr so I would be requesting that it's taken down personally

It looks like a personal blog to me

It's a nothing blog by the looks of it. If I could be bothered, I might send a friendly email saying I'm glad he likes my photo, but in future he should ask for permission. Tell him to put a link back to your Flickr.

No harm done and nothing for anyone to gain from telling him to take it down.

I guess he didn't like the fact I asked to be credited for my work and to link it to my Flickr because he removed it. I am happy he likes my work though.
