Folks - be glad you have people to give you gifts .

Christmas is a time for families - agreed , but some of us have no families near and are totally alone .

It's hard . Please take care that your neighbours are OK

hmm, my wife asked me what I wanted and told me to make an amazon wish list... She completely ignored the lowe pro backpack I wanted and bought me some perfume (yup, not even aftershave!), so tat'll be something I'll be buying myself!

Next up, my dad bought me a 18-55mm zoom, when what I really wanted was a 50mm Prime. Given that I already have an 18-105 zoom and a 35-70 zoom, I'm not sure I really have a use for this new lens.. Is it worth selling and getting the 50, Or should I shut up and make do?
 
Why not ask you Dad where he bought it, many retailers are allowing till the end of January for people to change unwanted/wrong type gifts
