I've just attempted to use Quidco and Bestbuy to buy a Canon 5D, but their website is having problems.
I think I am now going to order it via Kerso and make do with the one year warranty.
I have just ordered a Canon 17-40 lens from Martins camershop.
I am, maybe of Kerso, going to order the Canon 24-70 lens mainly for the 2.8 and versatility of it.
I am also going to order the Lowepro Vertex 200.
I am keeping my redsnaper rs284 tripiod and rsh12 ball head. I am also going to keep my Canon 70-200 F4 L IS, for now anyway.
Now, my questions:
1) I wont be shooting video, I may try it, but 99% for photos. What Sandisk memory card should I get? Again I may get these of Kerso as he sells the Extreme III which are rated at 30 mb/s
2) Is the quick release plate on the rsh12 ball head fine with the weight of the 5D and say the 24-70 lens. Of course it just screws into the camera pretty much.
3) Good, spare batteries. Any recommendations. Official, unofficial etc? I wont be going down the gripped route.
