Upgrade from 600d?

What would you fine people consider an upgrade in body's I don't want to go full frame yet as I have several Ef-s lenses I generally shoot a wide variety of subjects from people to wildlife. I don't need to upgrade my glass I have got pretty much my range covered except a longer zoom than the 70-200 f4. The only two options I can see are the 7d or 60d I don't want to go down the 2nd hand route if I can help it if I've missed anything off let me know I always seem to buy entry level cameras lol

60D or 7D if you don't want to go FF, although decide what it is about your current body that is restraining your photography, and then you can decide which body will suit you best.
