Upgrade Lens or Body?

Hi all,

Had my 700D for nearly a year now and am thinking of upgrading to the Canon 7D mk2 or getting a longer lens (Canon 100-400 mk2 from panamoz) or the Tamron 150-600mm... would I be better off upgrading the body before getting either lens? Or would the 700D be ok with either? It'll mainly be for wildlife and bird shots as well as landscape stuff and the occassional motorsport.

What would benefit you more, the extra reach of the longer lens, or the higher frame rate and more controllable focusing system of the new body?
Only you can answer that.

I'm going to get new lenses fitted. The old ones are a bit fogged with cataracts.
