Upgrade or replacement Canon camera

I am thinking of replacing my 350 EOS D. I have the following Tamron 150-600 mm, Canon EPS 60 mm macro, Canon MP-E 65 mm and a kit lens.
I also have a 550 EOS D (so a new camera would not have to be compatible with all of them).
I mainly take bird/wildlife photos although I do take some family photos and videos.
I am thinking of either 2nd hand Canon 5D Mk II or a new 70D/6D or 7 d mark II any thoughts?
 
If you go for the 5D or 6D you will not be able to use your 60mm lens which needs a cropped body.

If your budget will stretch to it the 7D mk2 is the better of the two cropped bodies.

True although not being able to use the 60mm lens wouldn't be a problem as I often use 2 cameras.
 
Out of all those cameras I would get the 7D Mark II specially if you are taking images of wildlife the AF & FPS alone would warrant the 7D Massively plus nearly 1000mm with the 150-600mm compared to the full frame bodies which will help in the field getting the subject closer.
 
7D2 has faster AF and more fps and a crop, so when you shoot birds/wildlife you will get easier job or more advantages with 7D2 over 6D or 5DII, and 70D is like an older mini version of 7D2, so better with newest model, i also keep thinking about 7D2 almost a year now and maybe sooner or later i will get it, and it will be definitely for sports as backup body or wildlife/birds in future if i decide too, family/portraits are easy to be done with any camera, and with 7D2 AF speed it will be not a difficult task then, only 5Dii/iii and 6D will give better quality due to full frame glory.
