Upgrading from a D3000............to a D7000?

Looking to upgrade from my D3000 had it a couple of years now and got into photography and finding it a bit limiting now. Was thinking of going for the D7000 over the D90 would this be best?

Also is it worth upgrading my lens collection? Currently have (all Nikon) 18-55mm,55-200mm and 35mm prime

Yes, go for the D7000

It might be worth upgrading your lens collection, but you can always do that later. If you'd like the ranges, keep the 35mm...The D7000 just loves a 17-50 f/2.8 lens, and possibly a second hand 80-200 f2.8 or the 70-300VRII. I had the 55-200 on the D7000 and I didn't like the combination, it was an ok lens but too light imo, much preferred the change to the 70-300VRII.
