Uploading from LR classic to Instagram

Does anyone know if there is a more streamlined way to upload from Lightroom Classic to Instagram on a PC, beyond exporting the image and manually uploading each individual image to the Instagram website? I used to use a handy plugin called LR/Instagram, but it stopped working a while back and the author appears to have abandoned it.

Uploading to Flickr is quite simple with Jeffrey Friedl's plugin, but there seem to be limited option for Instagram.

Most people just export to drop box. Then use drop box on their mobile device to Intagram.

Instagram don't allow third party upload options and will try and block any that become available.

I use OneDrive + an export preset for Instagram that sends the file to one drive, it works great for me.
I can access OneDrive from all my devices and have folders for most formats (Facebook, Website, Instagram, printing)

I sync to Lightroom on my iPhone, then upload from there.

What annoys me about doing it that way is that is often misses the text from stories, just posting the image without the text.
