uploading pics from Flickr?

can someone help me, i cant figure how to post an image from flickr and the the image to show on here and not the link?

Go to "All sizes" on the flickr photo page......under each picture is both the basic image address and html code. Copy the basic code and then click on the wee image of the mountains (between the globe and text bubble on the "quick reply" page) and a box will open, paste the code in there and hit okay.
