Urgent wifi help needed

We've had a bit of a problem with our wifi up the rugby club due to phone lines being down over the last couple of days.

The lines are now up and we have internet and phone back. We've reset the router and the pc works but no one else can connect to the wifi

Can someone please help what we need to do in our settings please

Ok, I've managed to now connect to it using the Wireless Key

but, do you know how we rename the wifi? and then put in our own passcode?
 
We've connected but want to change it

I've typed that in and it's not recognising the username and password.

Not to worry, the key people who needed the wifi have now got the key and that saved and we're all connected

Thanks for your help anyway, very much appreciated. I've downloaded the manual and saved it to the desktop so thank you for that as well
 
When you reset the router, it should have been reset to the default username and password - it's probably printed on the back of the router, or will have a default listed in the manual somewhere.
 
Sorry for late reply. Thanks for your help. We do know the reset default username and password, that's the one we were putting in and it wasn't accepting it. So we've left it. The guys who set it up are coming in to look at it this week as it's been dropping signal intermittantly
 
Ah, ok. Bit of a strange problem with the passwords, but hope you get it fixed.
