USB3 CF card readers?

Where are they basically?

Given that USB2 has proven to be a bottleneck compared to Firewire when it comes to shoveling data off memory cards, you'd think the likes of Sandisk or Lexar would be jumping on the USB3 bandwagon.

Anyone know of any USB3 readers out there or on the way.
 
I have a USB3 port on my PC - over a year old - and haven't seen anything to plug in to it yet.


And now I've gone looking for specific usb 3 items - there are a few things.

USB3 stuff is starting to appear in quantity now and it can be very useful. I already have an external WD hard drive which uses USB3 and provides a useful speed boost - the limiting factor is now the hard drive itself rather than the interface.

I just figured that, with the latest 60Mb/s and 90MB/s CF cards, the USB2 interface is just too slow. There have been firewire cards but not everyone has such an interface and, of those that do, the vast majority are still Firewire400 rather than the faster 800 standard.

With USB3 looking to be supplied on most new system from now on and with it being backward compatible with USB2, you'd think the likes of Sandisk or Lexar, who've done good CF card readers in the past, would be producing USB3 products by now.
