Used 5D mkII Video use v stills -what difference does it make if any, what to check

Hi not sure if the titles right, but going to purchase a used 5D II at some point and a few are coming up with low shutter counts but they have been used for video mainly.
Does that make much difference other than wear and tear to the body, any thing to watch out for or steer clear of.
appreciate your thoughts or does it really make no difference.

I am sitting with mark 1, trying to cool down desire to get mk2, waiting for next generation mk3 or what ever
