I seem to remember a question about localities of dealers selling used equipment, it may interest members living in the West Midlands, particulary The Hales Owen/Stourbridge/ Dudley areas that Hales Owen Photo Centre in Peckingham St. Hales Owen still trades used gear. The owner, John Forrester (better known as a camera repairer) will also sell your unwanted stuff for a small commision, although when I bought my D50 from him (new) he did take my Panasonic bridge camera in part exchange, more recently however he did sell my Tamron 55-200 on a commision basis.
