Beginner Using a manual focus lens on a Lumix GX80/85

I have bought the Samyang 7.5mm fisheye lens.

What camera settings should I use?

Also, not used the Custom Functions yet. Could I set a custom function I can use when using the Samyang lens?
 
Somewhere in menu there'll be an option for shooting without a lens. Enable that and it should be fine, usually Aperture and Manual modes work fine.
 
M is fine, it's what I always use with MF lenses, well any lens in fact. It's only the SS and ISO you need control on cam and unless the light is changing constantly where you're shooting you will only set these once

One thing I would suggest is not to rely too heavily on focus peaking if you do use it. It's not always bang on, much more reliable to use zoom to focus [on my G80 this is the left direction button on the pad when using MF]
