Will the YongNuo YN-565EX flash work with TTL on the Nikon D600 ?

I have seen one on ebay (LINK) but I cannot see the D600 mentioned in the compatibility list. I mainly want it to use with triggers but it would be nice to have as a backup to so TTL would be great

Hi John, The Nikon D600 uses the same iTTL system as any other high end Nikon ie D300, D300s, D7000, D700, D3, D800, etc, etc. So if it is compatible with all of them then it will work correctly on the D600.

Hope this helps.,

George.

Right.. thank you, I never thought of that... suppose its because on one Yongnuo it said not compatible with full frame cameras plus all the reviews I have found about the YongNuo YN-565EX flash only mention off camera

I have just seen a youtube video where the yongnuo YN-565ex would not work on the D800 - so still unsure and the web seems to give different results with some saying it does and some saying it doesn't

I've a couple of these fine flash guns, as well as sb700 and 910. (I like flash guns!)
It will be fine, but does not do HSS above your sync speed. Only an issue in the summer when being used as fill in flash. Works gone off camera as well.

Brilliant thank you.... just need to look at getting the Yongnuo 622's now.

So which camera did you use with the yongnuo YN-565ex
