Using Word 2007....a question

Hi all

As above I use MS Office 2007 SBE and that includes Word 2007.

My question relates to using a label template.

Is there a setting, for checking alignment etc of the labels content, to print the template grid pattern when I do a test print of the sheet on plain paper to confirm all will indeed print within each labels area.

I have yet to find such a setting or information of 'how to do it'???

No grid that I know of - usually print on a sheet of plain paper and check that way first.

Its in the mailing or print section - can't remember exactly, but if you Google the question you'll no doubt see videos etc. turn up

I used to do this all the time in a much earlier version of Word 15 years ago! So I doubt they dropped that function

Thanks for the replies and as you said Dave I would find it 'out there'.................I just had to vary my search criteria

1. Basically all such templates are tables
   So, you select the whole table
2. Then on the Home Tab
   Go to the small drop down in the "paragraph" section and click on "all borders"
   
   
3. Print.............................
   
   
4. Back at Home page CTRL Z to undo the All Borders
   Ready to move on
