Hi All,

I have just read that is common to use a UV filters as lens protectors as they doesn't reduce or modify the quality of the image, but it offers an extra level of protection to the lens itself.

Can anyone suggest a good make (at 52mm) and makes to stay away from as I can see prices from £5 per to £30 per. I know you pay for what you get but, there is always a balance.

Matt

Just ordered a Hoya uv in 52mm for my camera from 7dayshop.com I have used these in the past for film cameras and they are very good quality .
