Photo was taken from Jiuzhaiguo, Sichuan. The wind was blowing downwards and carrying small droplets of water making the shot a little hard specially for long exposure because of the drizzles of waters in the air. However, I was still able to take the photo I like specially the framing of the falls by the tree branches.

more photos of the magnificent place...

Welcome to the forums :)

Looks a beautiful place. I'd like to visit China one day.

I know you said you like the overhanging branches but to me they do not add to the shots and obstruct the view a bit. Lovely colour in the water in #2 and 3.

Welcome Rodny, its certainly a beautiful part of the world you live in. You have captured it well in a lot of your shots. Keep posting.

indeed it's really a good place for photography. I went as far as 10 hours drive from Chengdu to Jiuzhaiguo in the himalayas just to see the place. We've driven across the earthquake striken place and have photographed the devastation, after that we went up the mountains of himalayas about 4300m above. It was a true adventure for me, being the only foreigner on the group I was fortunate to be with nice people.
