If so how exactly does it work? Is it two polarising filters together?

Good link. Interesting that the amount of ND strength varies according to focal length. It seemed the reviewer still gave it fairly high marks though.

I need to buy some ND filters and nearly ordered the ones on ebay the other day, you get 3 with a free cap for about 9 quid. Anyway I got this email from 7 day shop and was wondering if it would be better? Rather than mess about putting the 3 seperate filters on I would just need to twist this around?

The dark cross, is this only on the wide angle lenses as I want to use it with my kit lens, Nikon 18-55?
