Vertex 200 & Tripod

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if the Vertex 200's way of mounting a tripod (in the middle at the back according to pics I have seen) allows you to get into the bag without removing the tripod?

Also - does anyone who has one know if it will take Manfrotto 055 legs on it?

I have this bag and I can't see any reason why you can't open the bag with the tripod fixed. The 'cup' fixes onto the outer cover so you should still be able open it. I must admit I dont carry my tripod on it.
The 'cup' looks like it will hold my mafrotto neotec legs ok.

OK, got a Vertex 200 and yes indeed, it will take the tripod on the back while still allowing you to access the bag.
(Tripod by the way is an 055Xpro and 804rc2 head)

Just in case anyone was wondering....
