Fortunately I've never had to repair any of my camera's up till now, other than a 5D mirror falling out, which I sent to Colchester Camera and they were very difficult to deal with. However recently I've had a 5DMKII AF point fail and a 1dsMarkIII with cf pins bent and snapped. I dropped both camera's off on Monday and the cameras are on their way back to me as we speak fully repaired and cleaned up.
I know the speedy turnaround is due to the fact that I'm a platinum member, but still it's been a very hassle-free service

Just for reference the fault with the 5DMKII was dust on the AF sensor and it was out of calibration. The repair cost £88 including delivery. The 1dsMarkIII cost £116 for a new sent of pins and full clean.
