Video music?

Probably been asked lots of times, and I have done a search. Where is the best place to acquire video background music from that doesn't infringe on copywrite rules? I really don't use it that much so not wanting to sign up for monthly subscriptions but don't mind paying a couple of pounds here and there for 'one off's'.
