Videography tutorials?

I want to do a bit of video at a music studio.

I've Been asked to take photos of a friends band while rehearsing and I thought I'd include a bit of video too. This is unpaid work as they're some good old friends of mine.
I just wanted to ask if anyone has any good tutorial sites or forum links? I'll be shooting with my canon 5d Mkii and can easily borrow lenses if needed

I haven't really played around with the video features yet but would love to have a go!

BBC's basic courses are available online. Then google music video. You'll need to cut on the beat, so check you can mark beats in your editor.
