Just watch this 50 minutes documentary in french (sorry I can't see English subtitle but french is my first language).
Totally blown away by the guy himself and his photo (which you see a lot of during the 50 minutes).
99% of the time I see a wildlife photo in B&W I think it would be better in colour but this guy has some great examples of when black and white works.
I never heard of him before but now I am a big fan!
The documentary itself is very nice and relaxing. Just beautiful. I think even if you don't speak French you might take something out of it, auto subtitle could help a bit.
