Mint seems to be doing 0% on balance transfer think till Jan or Feb 07, and low rate on purchased - but they do charge £50 ish for the transfer

Smile (co-op bank) do 13.8% but if you bank with them you get 10.9% and 0.5% cashback on purchases.
