Viva Print / Orbit print - heard of them

Hi

I want to print off my photograph onto canvas. But having not used a place yet, has anyone used either of the above (both have offers on atm hence asking).

Thinking of an a3 print...

If not either of these, can you recommend any that you have used and have been good?
 
Had a canvas print done by Orbit ... not really impressed, canvas seemed very thin and applied to a non-adjustable mdf frame which left the canvas a bit loose fitting and there was some damage to the frame which left a lump which was noticeable.
Packing was a bit of bubble wrap and a plastic postal bag via Yodel.
Have to say that this was my first canvas and I'm not sure I would choose canvas again :(
 
Went with Orbit too.

Print was ok.

Not sure of the quality, although felt it was lacking something (couldn't put a finger on it though)

Same packaging.


I think next time I'd go for a different printers just as a comparison. Also I need to print bigger than A3 ;) just isn't big enough!!

Thinking A1 might be better, possibly A2 at a push...
 
Give Ben a shout over at Trade Canvas Print, excellent prices and the best around I've come across.

Plenty of great feedback and sample images in that thread.
