Vivtar 75-205 - fit on a 400d?

Hi

You dont give very much info here, I used to have a Vivitar 75 - 205 on a Pentax 'K' fit some years ago, this could be used with an adaptor to fit the EOS cameras, but I dont think they do an AF version.

from the picture i've seen it looks quite old. is there some way of retro-fitting these lenses? like an adapter to convert FD to AF mount?
 
There are a few FD to EOS adapters available, most have an element of some sort, best one would be the Canon one, if you can find one, the cheap Chinese ones usually degrade the lens performance, or wont focus properly. .
