quick google and loads of places do custom photo mount

what i need is single aperature in a pale cream
external 300mm x 400mm
internal window 203.2mmx 203.2mm (8x8")

average prices of mount is £2-3, but some places charge delivery of £5-10.

Any recommendation on where?

picturelizard.co.uk will do one of custom mounts, but that delivery charge doesn't sounds that far out

that was the place i was about to order from as the delivery charge is better than some others.

just thought i'll check

i have always been pleased with this Company.
I use to purchase from them via Ebay but think they have now finished selling this way.

I have a local indy lab (more what you'd call a photoshop rather than lab, lab sounds too....pro?) that has a guy that does these for them, if you have a local place might be worth checking if they do something like this.

I cut my own now. Found an angled cutter for cheap in a sale in the art store.
It's not that hard and it's a good skill to have.

fixedimage - where do you buy your boards from to cut yourself

Any art shop, i have used ArtStore and Millers.
I have just used sort of standard mount board which is a couple mm thick so far, might need to further afeild/online to get hold of heavier card.

Thanks mate, will check them out

if you're after just a one off, is there not a local picture framers available near to you ?

We've several around here who are more than happy to provide you with just a mount.
