Just got back from Tenerife and went on a quad safari, with camera in my bag! For some reason the guide decided to pick up my camera back with my 75-300 in it, whilst the bag was unzipped. It fell out and now when fully zoomed I can't focus. Has anyone used WEX to get their lens repaired as I work 30 second walk away from them so can pop it in tomorrow if you rate their service well.

There is a rattle which im thinking may be something sliping inside? As all of the glass I can see is fine, and it will focus when zooming not at full distance.

As far as I know they dont do any repairs themself. They would probably just ship it to the manufacturer or 3rd party repairers. Did you purchase the lens from there? and is it still under warranty?
 
What 75-300mm is it that you have?
