Just a heads up, just received an email from Paypal warning that someone had tried to get into my account several times and so for security reasons they had suspended it. It gave a link to a form allowing you to un-suspend it. I realised straight away it was a Phishing exercise but thought I would pass it around in case someone doesn't realise.

The email was:

We are sorry to inform you that your PayPal Account has been suspended.

A high number of failed login attempts have been recorded on your online account.

As a security measure we had to temporarily suspend your account.
To restore your account we have attached a form to this email.

Please download the form and follow the instructions on your screen.

NOTE: The form needs to be opened in a modern, javascript enabled, browser
(ex: Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3, Safari 3, Opera 9).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Sincerely, the PayPal security team.

I had one similar to it, so emailed paypal and asked them.. Got a promt reply back saying to forward it on to them & then to delete it immediately...

Had this one on three of my email accounts today, none of which are set up for PayPal...

Cheers for the heads up anyway.
