crop the sky out of the first shot and then they're all stunning! I have never managed to get a firework shot yet either!

Up here in the arctic circle the sun is not going down until after 10pm! Haven't seen the stars since April.

Thanks for the comments and sorry for the delay replying. Living out of hotels at the moment and their wireless has been broken

Gantastic shots, what settings did you use?

Fireworks generally 30mm @ F10 and around 2-3 seconds (used bulb and remote release).
I found it hard remembering to let go of the shutter whilst clapping along to the music

crop the sky out of the first shot and then they're all stunning! I have never managed to get a firework shot yet either!
