Not sure if it is an issue with the phone app or your link but cannot see the pictures.

Where did you buy them from?

I can see the images fine, but probably best to ask Hoya, unless someone on here owns a shop thats had them in stock over the years that both is 100% of the source and would know if the packaging\location made changed.

Seriously get in touch with Hoya, packaging changes a lot and if they think there is a potential counterfeit I imagine they will be quick to respond
