Took me an hour and about 50 attempts. Focusing is not perfect in some but it was the best I managed.

I have never been stung and they seem friendly as they sometimes land on my hand, but they are vicious towards each other and will chase off any competiror who tries to land on the flower they are feeding on.

As I do not have an external flashlight (wouldn't know how to use it if I did, although I suppose I could always learn) I use a Pop Up flash diffuser on the inbuilt flash. Settings 1/200 sec f11/f14 ISO 400.

I prefocus on a flower but them I rock forwards and backward. Don't think autofocus would work on a moving subject.
