Water Vole

Taken this morning, in the dyke along side my local lake. This is my first sighting of the Water Voles this year, after no sightings at all last year.

Great to see it, such lovely little creatures and certainly 'at risk' ... bit of a magenta tinge in the last two for me.

I don't remember the last time I saw a water vole, they're getting thin on the ground in my area, so it's great to see them here. Your second photo of the vole with the startled look and reflection is excellent

bit of a magenta tinge in the last two for me.

Strange all the processing i did was adjust the brightness and contrast and sharpen
