I quite like #2, especially the low angle and winding wall. Bit further back, maybe, to get more of the curve in?

I quite like the first with the different layers....as always with landscape lighting makes so much difference, another visit with some nice subtle sunrise/sunset light would give them much more impact

I like them all but 3 is the best. Would look goos shot in the summer with some greenery on the trees.
