Waterproof point and shoot around £200

I am looking for a good waterproof point and shoot camera, does anybody havy have good suggestions on what to buy?

I've not tryed one myself but the Fuji Z33 looks good value - refurb ones direct from Fuji are only £108 https://secure.fujifilm.co.uk/shop/consumer/digital/digital-cameras/slim-compact/finepix-z33wp

i wouldn't mind one of these if they are properly waterproof and when my little one grows up and goes swimming etc.

(bit off topic, but does anyone know if camera's are allowed or not in swimming pools, for the above use)
