I was busy the week they erupted looking after by elderly father-in-law and thought I had missed them. A chance encounter a week later said they had been showing the day before close to us. A wait in the cold was rewarded with great views. The motto is it is always worth a try.Lovely birds, we had them locally this year but I never got to them.
