Chris Woodhouse, co-author of Way Beyond Monochrome: Advanced Techniques for Better Black and White Printing and Photography-plus Digital says a second edition is in preparation. 
There were 4,000 printed for the 1st edition, and no copies, new or second-hand, are available at the moment.
