Hi guys,

I want to make one website for my work.
Can you guys help me out providing some easy steps to make my own website.
I want to display my works and hope to sell few clicks.

Have you had a look at any sites already? How easy do you want it to be? Clikpic, Photium and foliopic are all examples of easy to set up sites with templates to choose from and room to experiment and add your own touch to your site.

There will be some other threads floating around the site on this subject if you search where you will hopefully find some more information and recommendations :)

I used clikpic for a year and they were very good and helpful customer service. Try the 30 day free trials which most seem to offer before parting with your cash.
 
Does your web host have a Site Builder? Many do and they are easy to use. Or have a look at The Free Country which has loads of information on setting up a website, and links to many free web page design applications, some of which will have a selection of templates which may be of use.

One more question - can i use this website to sell my photos?
Also if you dont mind please send me the link for your website. Want to see it. Actually my limited proficiency in computer always discourage me to go for such a big adventure like website building..
 
Reasonable prices, dont forget to take into account the domain name cost if you dont already have one. Clikpic can be set up with a basket and as long as you have paypal you - http://www.clikpic.com/index.cfm?section=help&faq_sections_id=11

I would love to but have since moved to wordpress and no longer use the clikpic template. Check out this link as it is some of their customer sites so you can see what can be achieved with clikpic - http://www.clikpic.com/index.cfm?section=sites&mode=featured

Just to add - before clikpic I had never had a site and didnt know anything about web design. I completed it all myself before the 30 day trial ended and was able to start up from there. The customer service team are just an email away if you get stuck.

Also check out zenfolio. You can build full ecommerce sites on there, and its all set up so cutomers can order stuff and the order goes direct to photobox or another company for printing and delivered straight to them. Or you can do the printing yourself.
Its more pricey than clickpic but might be worth a look.
 
mr site is good

and cheap for the first year especially
