Website refresh... thoughts?

I have just re-designed my photography site with some spare time this week. Any thoughts?

I like the design very much.

Your website seems to be very slow though which is not good as it will make people exit.

Also your homepage includes your blog, I know this is good for SEO but not the best visually.

Agreed, nice and clean looking but terribly slow to load.

I gave up after 60 seconds of waiting for it to load :shrug:

I've just tried it and it loaded for me in 3-4 seconds, only got 6mb broadband so nothing special there.
